What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €55. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. In the holidays the shipping can delay but we keep you updated.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service team ( info@hrxperformance.com) to initiate a return.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit during intense training sessions.

Do you offer training programs?

Yes! We offer specialized Hyrox-style training programs designed to enhance your performance. Check our Peroformance program for more details on available programs and schedules.

Are your products suitable for other sports too?

Yes but, our products are developed specifically for HYROX — the movements, the intensity, the race format. That's where they perform best. But because HYROX demands so much from your body, the gear holds up just as well in CrossFit, weightlifting, and other strength sports.

What are your products made of?

We use high-quality neoprene and elastane blends for the sleeves, and durable microfiber with silicone grip for the gloves. All materials are skin-friendly and built for heavy use.
