Refund policy

At Hrxperformance, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all labels attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

14-Day Legal Right to Cancel in the EU
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all labels attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
